Travel Documents in Lieu of Passport of the Republic of Indonesia
Regular Passport and Travel Document in Lieu of Passport
For Indonesian nationals
1. Documents of domicile, consisting of :
- for Indonesian expatriates
Local ID or other statements/documents stated that the Applicant resided in the country or other evidences showing that the Applicant have met the obligation to report to representatives of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Identity card:
- Proof of Indonesian nationals (for Indonesians acquiring citizenship through abiding laws (Chinese-Indonesians)
- Documents, i.e. Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, ID Card and certificate or proof of name substitution)
- Old passport
- Must not be included in the Black List
Travel Documents in Lieu of Passport of the Republic of Indonesia provided to the Indonesian nationals abroad, in certain conditions as follow :
- Lost the passport
- Repatriation (Amnesty Programme)
- Sent back due to law infringement in the respective country
