RE-ENTRY PERMIT

1. Permit Provisions:

A Re-entry Permit for a Single Journey shall be issued to a foreign national in possession of a Limited Stay Permit for a maximum period abroad of a 6 (six) months, of for a foreign national possession of a Permanent Stay Permit for a maximum period abroad of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the Re-entry Permit issuance.

A Re-entry Permit of Multiple Journeys shall be issued to a foreign national in possession of either a Limited Stay Permit or a Permanent Stay Permit valid for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the Re-entry Permit issuance.

2. Immigration Fee:

Rp 150.000 for a Single-Journey Re-entry Permit
Rp 400.000 for a Multiple-Journey Re-entry Permit

3.   Validity:

1 (one) month at least before the expiration date of Stay Permit.

4. Requirements:

An application for Re-entry Permit should be submitted by the applicant or his/her sponsor to the Chief Immigration of the Local Office whose jurisdiction covers the area of residence of the applicant, with the following enclosures:
