Seamen Passport
Immigration Office in Indonesia or in Indonesian Mission may give passport for Indonesian seaman while the ship/vessels anchored off in the port within its jurisdiction area.
Requirements :
- Application letter from ship captain or shipping agency or company
- Included in the Crew List
And attach documents as follow :
- Old passport
- Recommendation from Transportation Attache
- Endorsement of sign on
- Must not be included in the Black List
